Thorlabs共聚焦顯微鏡系統(tǒng)
Thorlabs的共聚焦激光掃描(CLS)顯微系統(tǒng)由一系列集成型成像模塊構(gòu)成,為研究型實(shí)驗(yàn)室提供全部所需的共聚焦成像工具。通過消除焦平面以外區(qū)域產(chǎn)生的干擾信號,共聚焦顯微技術(shù)可以在厚樣品中獲得高分辨率的光學(xué)切片圖像,也可以減少薄培養(yǎng)基的背景熒光。CLS系統(tǒng)幾乎可以集成到任何正置或倒置顯微鏡中,并且通過C-Mount螺紋接入中間像面(即相機(jī)接口)。最大程度上使其應(yīng)用方便,簡單集成到現(xiàn)有的成像設(shè)備中,并提供高品質(zhì)圖像。附帶的軟件通過直觀圖形用戶界面驅(qū)動CLS硬件,可進(jìn)行快速數(shù)據(jù)記錄與查看。
ThorImageLS:以直觀工作流程為導(dǎo)向的軟件套件
ThorImageLS和多光子和共焦顯微鏡平臺一起開發(fā),以保證軟硬件之間無縫、符合邏輯和直觀的集成。以工作流程為導(dǎo)向的界面只為每種掃描系列顯示您需要的參數(shù)(如用于體積掃描的Z系列、用于動態(tài)成像的時間序列或者用于光活化/釋放實(shí)驗(yàn)的漂白序列)。每一種軟件模式提供平緩的學(xué)習(xí)曲線,一步步指導(dǎo)研究者完成數(shù)據(jù)采集,使您僅需幾次點(diǎn)擊就能捕獲圖像。?
ThorImageLS是我們顯微鏡平臺的完整方案,它不僅控制顯微鏡而且控制很多附件。直列式面板可控制XY和Z電動平臺的位置、樣品上的激光功率、甚至是可調(diào)諧相干Chameleon鈦:藍(lán)寶石激光器的波長。高度自動化盡可能使您專注于研究,而無需您分神。
